How should I prepare for my Black Belt Test?

My Black Belt Test is in 12 days...

Could anyone give me some tips on how to prepare for this test?

How to eat, how to rest, etc.

The test is 4 days long.

The 1st day I have to arrive at the Shotokan dojo at 7:00 pm.

The test continues until the end of the 2nd day.

We go home and rest the 3rd day.

We return at 7:00 again on the 3rd day, and the test continues until the final day, and the test is done.How should I prepare for my Black Belt Test?do light training the day before. Your body needs a good rest to be ready for the test. Go over your grading requirements over and over again lightly, and also in your mind. A few more suggestions:



1. Meditation and visualization. Focus on a good outcome.

2. Full spirit at ALL times. It will be done at the end of four days. you can survive anything until then.

3. Ask any of your seniors for advice, tips, experiences.

4. Prepare everything you might need before hand. Have snacks, extra clothes, towels, etc all ready to go. You don't want to lose sleep trying to get your uniform ready. etc.How should I prepare for my Black Belt Test?ok dont eat heavy before test, eat something light but will give you good carbohydrates and eat a power bar too.
