How to tighten a power steering belt by hand?

My belt tensioner is broken so it won't tighten by itself i was wondering how to do it by hand? Like i know i have to tighten a bolt i saw someone do it once i just dont know where the bolt is any help?How to tighten a power steering belt by hand?with a serpentine belt everything is stationary so you can,t move the alternator or the power steering. you will have to get another belt tensioner.How to tighten a power steering belt by hand?If it's a serpentine belt, you might just have to get a new tensioner. Otherwise, loosen the bolts that hold the pump, and pull the belt tight while you tighten the adjusting bolt (the one in the long slot).
