How do you replace the belt that drives only the power steering fluid pump on a 2000 chrysler cirrus?

This car has a two-belt system. One only drives the power steering fluid pump and is the one I am trying to replace. There is no belt tensioner so I do not know how to get the belt over the pulleys. How do you replace the belt that drives only the power steering fluid pump on a 2000 chrysler cirrus? What engine do you have. If it is the 2.4l the pump is in the front if its the V6 its in the back. The belt tension is applied by moving the PS pump on its mount. On a V6 vehicle you will have to raise it up to get under the passenger side of the engine to access the mount bolts to adjust it. On the 2.4L it is right there on the top.
