The colour of your belt should not be the same as your top so as to allow the belt to stand out. Any kind of belts, wide or skinny, will do, but as a general rule, if the belt is wide, wear it slightly lower than ur waist and looser. If the belt is skinny, then wear it over ur waist and slightly tighter.

I personally prefer wide belts. the color should somewhat match your shirt. i don't know, but brown is usually very classy and attractive :)



the belt could be any size. normal size belts that would fit in the jean belt loops (aboout an 1.5-2 inches, i guess) are the most flattering. i don't think very skinny belts are very attractive.
