How do i fix the belt to a 96 grand marquis?

My belt just broke off my car. The belt that goes to your fan and power stering. I was just wondering if anybody know a website that will show a diagram on how to put a new one back on. Its a 1996 grand marquis. How do i fix the belt to a 96 grand marquis?on top of the radiator or inside the hood should have a diagram for it. Look in the front ceter when the hood is open.
