How much would it cost to replace a timing belt on a 2000 Honda EX Coupe?

In Irvine, CA I got a quote for approx. $700 to replace a timing belt (I originally went in because of an oil leak and they said it was leaking around the belt - which, oddly enough, needs to be replaced soon anyway)... That's the total cost for parts and labor....
