How long does the hapkido belt ranking system take?

Can you predict about how long it would take to get from a white belt to a black belt in hapkido? I know different schools may take longer, but I would like your estimation based on your experience. Thanks =)How long does the hapkido belt ranking system take?depends on

If kung fu follows Karate/Aikido, from as little as 3/5 years BUT getting a dan grade is not an end to it. You need to feel it and not think it, if you know what I mean. - That is your reactions take over to any given situation, so that you don't need to think about what needs to be done - you just do it.How long does the hapkido belt ranking system take?There is absolutely no prediction, it depends on you. It is possible to achieve it in 4 years the back belt, but on the other hand it could also take 40 years. This all depends on:



1. your commitment

2. any skills you already have that help

3. your confidence

4. you must practise (also commitment)
